Puttin’ on my Fearless

A summer of ITBS, piriformis issues, not to mention bouts of allergies and asthma attacks made it less than fun to go out for a run. Still, I managed to get in a few good runs/races over the summer months. Now that fall has arrived I’ve decided to amp things up a bit and celebrate my long walks as well as my successful runs. I finished a half marathon a week ago by accepting that I wasn’t going to break any AG records and love the walking that I had to do when the piriformis pain made it difficult to run. All in all, it was a great race…no pressure and no judgment made it easy to enjoy. i also received the news that I was chosen as a 261 Fearless Ambassador last week! I am thrilled to be a part of this global movement and am ready to encourage women of all ages to get out there and run or walk…the key is just to get out there! So, now I’m ready to get back to the blogging and get ready for the colder months of running/walking. Let’s move girls!! #REALwomenmove #skirtsportsambassador #261Fearless #BeFearlessBeFree #261FearlessAmbassador
